Keep Calm and SANTA!

Last night we saw Santa!

Who doesn't love Buddy the Elf?!

First off we had to make Santa picture {which we forgot to take. :( }
MICAH! Really?! We are going to see Santa! I turn my back for 2 seconds 5 minutes, unfortunately laundry does NOT fold itself.  It cleaned off easily enough...
We headed out at 5 for the fun. Our city puts on this cute little town Christmas "party." Santa arrives on a firetruck at 530p. So we opted to get there early to be one of the first in line. Mission accomplished.

Isn't he a stud in his big boy coat?!
Waiting for the man in red.

MW's future wife possiblity #3. This boy is a playa. {I should be ashamed of that, not proud...}
Here is where the fun starts. As soon as MW saw "Sana/HOHO" his eyes lit up bigger than usual. HA! He nearly busted through the chains of steal to get to "HOHO." OH just wait...
Cutie patooties. One of Lo's BFFs! These pics pretty much sum up these girls. Such hoots!

Ok back to Santa. As soon as it was our turn MW FREAKED!!!! OUT!!! Screaming, crying, clawing me. I am such a bad mom b/c I think this stuff is so funny.  I told him I would go with him to see Santa...NO WAY was he having even that!
Lo giving her list to Santa. She was so proud and excited!!
Such a good girl this year.
And this is the best I got of MW with Santa. He wouldn't even look at him or touch him. You would have thought Santa was the Grimm Reaper the way MW responded.

So Lo got her picture. Sorry but she is a complete doll face...and the perfect model. :)
Then of course as SOON as we leave and start to walk out the exit MW is completely fine and yells at the top of his lungs "BYE SANA!" happy as could be, like they were homeboys or something. What?! Child you are such a mess.

To me it was reminiscent of Lo's 2 visit to Santa. Basically, MW just was same song but second verse of her. HA!

Moving on...barrel ride.

We also stuffed our face with a chili taste competition and then finished the night with a craft.
It was a fun experience. I love that our little town does this and it is all to raise money, food and toys for those in need. So win-win. Maybe next year MW will be a tad more willing to sit on Santa's lap!

Merry Christmas!
